Location History
Moore River Guilderton 1hr north of Perth in Western Australia is a coastal destination known for its stunning river mouth. As the Moore River flows into the Indian Ocean, it creates a captivating scene where the river’s fresh water mingles with the saltwater from the ocean. This river mouth is a hub of activity, attracting both locals and tourists alike. The mesmerizing contrast between the deep blue ocean and the calm, meandering river offers a unique and inviting atmosphere.
What it means to me
23 Years ago we were camping in the caravan park just of the river. I was planning on asking Helen to marry me and was super nervous, her parents were there. I had brought champagne and organised a party, however after coming back from the river all the alcohol and food was stolen and gone. After that It was ruined and didn’t go through with it.
